Each industrial project to create or improve a production line has its own technical problems, implementation and performance constraints.
Our expertise allows us to guide you towards the best type of production process, best suited to these issues
A production line can have a discontinuous type of operation, i. e. by the realization of successive batches (commonly called batch)
This “batch” production process is divided into different sequences (dosages, mixing, discharges, etc.), which are carried out simultaneously in hidden time.
This production method is suitable for simple and precise traceability, and provides great production flexibility.
Examples of industrial applications:
A production line can have a continuous type of operation.
The dosing throughputs of the secondary raw materials are linked to the flow of a “reference” material. This involves the use of control loops, making this type of process more complex than the batch process.
However, this production process is very well suited to the needs of very high production capacities, with little formulation and few different recipes. Traceability is more complex as a result.
